Mobile DPF cleaning Bristol & Bath is a mobile diesel particulate filter (DPF) cleaning, diagnostics and vehicle maintenance
business operating across Bristol, Bath, Devon, Somerset and the wider South West. For the purposes
of data protection law, Mobile DPF cleaning Bristol & Bath is the "data controller" responsible for your personal information.

We only collect information that we need to respond to your enquiry and provide our services. This may include:

05Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We only share it where necessary to run our business:

- Payment providers — where you pay by card, to process the transaction
- HMRC and our accountant — where required by law for tax and record-keeping

06How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and provide a service. Records of completed
work and invoices are kept for six years to meet HMRC and accounting requirements. After that,
information is securely deleted. If you make an enquiry but don't go ahead, we delete your details within 12 months.
07Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Google tag (gtag.js), to understand how visitors
use the site and to measure the performance of our adverts. These tools may collect anonymous information such as
pages visited, device type and how you arrived at the site. You can control or block cookies through your browser
settings at any time. Blocking cookies will not stop you using the site.
